UCE Software
The UCE uses a virtual instrument approach to systems design.
This is implemented by the Programmable Logic Processor (PLP) which handles the interconnection and invocation of instrument models.
The PLP is an event-driven system, and so processes large structures very efficiently
Designs are broken down into standard and custom instruments which are interconnected by the PLP.
Digital logic is divided into logic block instruments which are each programmed in boolean logic.
Custom instrument models can be written in assembler for efficient operation.
The UCE can be programmed on all levels to suit customer requirements.
The following standard library software components are available.
- Programmable Logic Processor
- CMOS mini file manager
- Digital logic block
- Timer
- Ratemeter
- DC motor controller
- PID controller
- Data recorder
- High speed counter
